Customer Service/Client Success Role – German Speaking
This role may involve Saturday shifts on a rotational basis which may include other days depending on business needs.
Our client is one of the most prestigious brands and global players in the luxury market. They create, manufacture, distribute and sell high-end jewels, watches, perfumes and accessories in the most exclusive shopping areas in the world and selected distributors and more than 10.000 exclusive perfumeries.
Job duties and responsibilities:
• Generate sales leads for German-speaking countries.
• Transform business chances into profitable sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and new German-speaking consumers.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Responding to German-speaking customers' inquiries.
• Manage accounts and maintain necessary records.
• Report daily on current retailers based on call schedule, and weekly on progress towards targets.
Requirements:
• Solid sales and client relationship expertise in luxury or exclusive brands, with a preference for retail or e-commerce.
• Demonstrated ability to identify sales possibilities, including upselling and cross-selling.
• Strong customer service knowledge in luxury hospitality, call centres, or IT support.
• Salesforce, SAP, and MS Suite.
• Fluent in English and German language
